Our solution works by enabling customers to enter their card details into their telephone handset whilst remaining in contact with your agent or representative for the entire duration of the call. The agent will be able to monitor progress and guide the customer where necessary, but card details are never exposed to the agent at any point during the transaction.
When all relevant card information has been collected from the customer, the agent simply submits the payment and we send this for processing via your existing Payment Service Provider, with the outcome of the payment displayed to the agent in real time. The solution is designed to work alongside your existing Payment Service Provider(s), CRM or any other core business systems; rather than replacing them, when we deploy PCI Live Agent we don’t request you change your existing process or infrastructure. We simply make them secure and compliant.
